Our Vision

Our vision is Jesus. It’s as simple as that. To know Him, and to become more like Him, is our great calling, privilege and joy. And, as we look into our future as a church, we see more of Jesus!

We see the glorious beauty of His presence increasing on the earth, as our city, our region, our nation, and those beyond, fix their eyes on the prize and come into an ever-increasing expression of His love, truth and life!

Our Values

We are convinced that Christ is committed to building His Church. A work of grace from top to bottom, beginning to end, inside and out. Using GRACE as an acronym, and to highlight the inspiration behind our name, here are some of the core values and distinct priorities of FOUR12 CHURCH.

  • Acts 4:12 – Only Jesus has the power to save! His name is the only one in all the world that can save anyone.

    Our first and foremost value is God and His Gospel: the good news that the person of Jesus makes it possible for all people to participate in the presence of God, and the provisions of God, both now and for all eternity!

  • Ecclesiastes 4:12 – A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

    With the help of God’s Spirit, we are committed to genuine, caring, and committed relationships with one-another—demonstrating the synergy, support and strength that kind of partnership brings!

  • Hebrews 4:12 – God’s word is alive, you see! It’s powerful, and it’s sharper than any double-edged sword. It can pierce right in between soul and spirit, or joints and marrow; it can go straight to the point of what the human heart is thinking, or intends to do.

    We are a people of the Book. We believe in the primacy of Holy Scripture, its power to change hearts and lives, and its place of high priority in the life of the Church and individual believers.

  • 1 Timothy 4:12 – Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.

    We believe that the famous maxim, ‘Everything rises and falls on leadership’, is as true for church as it is for government, business, clubs, and homes. The example set by those who lead, and the motives, methods and modus operandi by which they operate is critical to the health of any community.

  • Ephesians 4:12 – So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

    We embrace the multi-faceted grace gifts Jesus has given His Church and draw on the expertise, impartation, and wisdom of reputable voices both inside, and outside, our local body. We believe the goal of all Christian ministry and leadership is to mature the Church so that we think, live, love, speak and serve like Jesus!

Our Story

Fact is, our story has only just begun!

FOUR12 CHURCH was birthed in March 2026 under the leadership of pioneering pastors Chad and Jaye Mansbridge. Our church-planting journey has been documented as a podcast and is available on our social channels.

Prior to this, they served 20 years as lead pastors of Bayside Church International, Victor Harbor. Both are published authors and travelling ministers, with extensive Christian leadership experience.
